3. Customer Account
Certain D MT5 services require registration and an authenticated customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must not knowingly provide false information, impersonate another person, share your account for unauthorized use, or attempt to obtain access to another customer's account.

Payment information may be processed or retained as necessary to verify and administer the transaction, subscription, license, and related customer records.
6. No Refunds
All D MT5 purchases are final and non-refundable.

When a customer replaces a computer or needs to change an authorized system, support may assist with the applicable device replacement process after reasonable verification.

10. Subscription Expiry
When an applicable subscription expires, access to subscription-dependent functionality may become unavailable until an eligible new subscription is purchased and activated.
Subscription expiry does not transfer ownership of the software or create a perpetual right to use subscription-dependent functionality.
11. Account Suspension or Closure
Lookover may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary due to violation of these Terms, unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, abuse, security concerns, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property

Copy Trading and automated trading do not guarantee identical execution or identical results between accounts. Execution price, spread, slippage, liquidity, contract specifications, market gaps, trading restrictions, broker or server conditions, latency, internet connectivity, device conditions, software interruptions, and market volatility may cause trades to be delayed, rejected, modified, partially executed, closed at different prices, or not copied as expected.
Past performance of a Master account, strategy, Expert Advisor, copied trade, trading setup, or other historical result does not guarantee future performance or profit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lookover and D MT5 are not responsible for trading losses, capital losses, missed opportunities, market losses, broker-related losses, strategy-related losses, losses arising from copied or automated trades, execution differences between Master and Slave accounts, incorrect customer configuration, or other financial losses arising from the customer's trading activity, trading decisions, MetaTrader 5 usage, Expert Advisors, indicators, signals, positions, orders, Copy Trading, D MT5 Universal Auto Bot, D MT5 Universal Copier, or market conditions.

Lookover does not guarantee that the website, software, or related services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
Maintenance, technical issues, third-party dependencies, network issues, operating-system conditions, or other circumstances may affect availability.
